Terms of service.

Scheduling a session:

The client must book a session at least 2 weeks before the desired date of the shoot. If there is a problem with this, please contact me and we can discuss it.

Deposit:

All clients are required to give a $25 deposit due within a week of scheduling a session. This is to ensure that there will be no cancellations or rescheduling within 3 days before the scheduled session. If all goes well, this deposit will go towards your payment for the session you choose.

Location and time:

When emailing me to book a session, you will have to include a location and time at which you would like to shoot. The location must be within a 30 mile radius of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. If I am booked for the date that you want, we will discuss this and come to a date that is good for both of us.

If you do not have a desired location for the session, please include this in the email as well. We can discuss locations and come up with one together.

If the desired location requires a fee and/or scheduled time, the client is fully responsible to pay fees and schedule a date.

Payment:

Payments are due 5 hours before the scheduled session. Of course, payments can be made anytime between scheduling the session and that 5 hour mark. If I do not receive the payment by this time, I WILL NOT SHOOT.

Cancelations:

All cancelations have to be made at least 3 days before the scheduled session. If there is a cancelation within the 3 days, I will keep the deposit you made after scheduling and it will not go towards your payment.

Rescheduling:

I understand that plans might change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule a session, please email me as soon as possible. We will discuss a time that is good for the both of us. Please let me know 3 days before the scheduled session. If you need to reschedule within the 3 day mark, I will keep your deposit and it will not go towards your payment.

Breaking Props:

If a prop is broken or damaged during the shoot, you are fully responsible to pay for the damages.
